Our promise to you is simple: If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your ProExtender within 6 months from the time of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping charges.
We’re so confident that you’ll be amazed by the results of the ProExtender, that we offer an industry-leading guarantee on all ProExtender sales. So you can try our product without any risk!
That said, we must respectfully remind you not to ship back any product after the 6-month refund period has expired. Returns must be received back at warehouse within 6 months of delivery with no exceptions. And please note that we must limit refunds to one order per customer.
Once your RMA request is approved by Leading Edge Health, you will receive an RMA number via email from a Leading Edge Health customer service representative. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once equipment is returned, Leading Edge Health will make an evaluation. Defective items may be exchanged at our discretion for the product.
Claims for shortage or damages must be made within three business days. If your order arrives damaged and you wish to order a replacement, we request that you take a photo of the item(s) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org as an attachment along with the order number and contact information.
